Empower: Lower Grade Expansion

Empower: Environmental Charter Middle School

Environmental Charter High School is expanding to inspire, equip and empower students of all ages. By opening a network of Environmental Charter Schools in the Lawndale and Gardena neighborhoods over the coming years, more than 3,000 students in grades K-12 will benefit from an a rigorous education and a choice in their future.

After ten years of success at Environmental Charter High School, we are excited to extend the Environmental Charter experience. Students of all ages will become agents for change as they learn how to implement local solutions to worldwide issues and how to educate and inspire others with environmental solutions in the new sustainable economy Environmental Charter Middle School is the first of the new schools. Currently located in temporary facilities, ECS is seeking your donation to help us build the home of our permanent LEED Platinum campus.
